• To challenge the dominance of autocracy in any form, whether by the elite or the masses.

• To ensure that right prevails over might in all circumstances.

• To foster peace and goodwill among all nations.

• To protect and pass on to future generations the principles of justice, freedom, and democracy.

• To sanctify and strengthen our bond through mutual support and unwavering dedication.

This declaration serves as the foundation for Legacy Veterans Institute, uniting all veterans in the mission to safeguard the values and honor that define our nation and its legacy.
